The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients by helping them understand their Health insurance options and guiding them in selecting the best policies to meet their needs. This role requires strong sales skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to analyze market trends to effectively promote our insurance products. Responsibilities * Engage with potential clients through various channels, including telemarketing and outside sales efforts. * Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. * Provide detailed information about policy features, benefits, and costs to clients. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using sales administration tools. * Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. * Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products. * Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives. * Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive client information. Preferred Requirements - No Experience Needed * Proven experience in sales or retail sales; experience in the insurance industry is a plus. * Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clients. * Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and client needs is a plus. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients is a plus. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment is a plus. * Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and outside sales strategies is beneficial. * A commitment to providing outstanding customer service while achieving sales goals is a plus.
