This involves order entry, confirmation, scheduling and prioritization. Daily contact with many customers. * Respond to all customer quote requests with lead time, price and when needed terms * Fulfill RGA requests, including receiving, quoting, order processing and scheduling * Represent voice of the customer to production and engineering departments * Responsible for customer onboarding and screening * Advise team on investigating complaints or concerns, such as those concerning rates or service in connection with any product or service offered * Ensure compliance with established customer service policies and procedures * Check master schedule and orders, establishes priorities, and communicates changes to other departments as needed * May expedite and establish delivery dates for orders as per customer requests * May coordinate and expedite work * May track schedule, work progress, and locate production units * Willing to work overtime when required * Other responsibilities, as assigned Minimum Qualifications: * High School Diploma/GED required * Strong skills using Microsoft PowerPoint, and Excel * Immigration sponsorship not offered for this role Physical Demands: * Normal working conditions absent extreme factors * Must be able to see well enough to read reports, send emails, etc. * Must be able to hear and speak well enough to communicate with customers and fellow employees * Must be able to lift up to 25lbs periodically * May be subject to employer or customer drug testing Additional Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a related field * 2-5 years' experience in customer service * Skills using Oracle a plus * Ability to identify and resolve customer and vendor problems * Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with coworkers, customers and vendors both verbally and in writing * Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team * Ability to follow oral and written instructions * Strong desire to learn and be a problem solver Our Expectations Of You: * Support and engage in our vision of improving lives * Live and be an example of Quartzdyne's core values: Respect, Grit, Transparency, Honesty, Humility and Accountability * Be a disciple and leader of continuous improvement About Quartzdyne Quartzdyne designs and manufactures precision pressure and temperature transducers for the oil and gas industry.
