We're seeking a Vice President of Sales & Marketing who is ready to build our growth engine from the ground up and own it. About the Role This is not a maintenance or optimization job, this is a builder role. We are looking for an experienced, high-energy, hunter-minded executive who knows how to design, implement, and scale a full sales and marketing function inside a service-driven MSP. You won't inherit an existing team or a finished system, you 'll create it. You'll work directly with the executive leadership team to craft our go-to- market strategy , build and lead new client acquisition systems , and drive Choice IT Services into our next stage of explosive growth. Key Responsibilities * Build and own the entire sales and marketing system, from first touch to closed-won. * Create and execute a multi-channel outbound strategy (email, LinkedIn, paid ads, direct mail, networking). * Develop and optimize a lead generation machine focused on healthcare IT decision-makers. * Hire, train, and lead a future team of Sales Development Reps (SDRs) , Account Executives, and marketing support as we scale. * Build and manage the CRM pipeline , sales reporting, and KPIs. * Create and continuously refine playbooks, scripts, cadences, and marketing assets. * Work directly with the VP of Operations to establish aggressive but achievable MRR growth targets. * Represent Choice IT Services in industry associations, conferences, and networking opportunities. * Relentlessly hunt new business opportunities and close deals. Requirements * 5+ years of B2B sales and/or marketing leadership experience, MSP or other technology sales experience preferred. * Proven hunter : Demonstrated ability to personally drive and close net new revenue. * Experience building a sales and marketing engine from scratch, not just managing one. * Strong knowledge of healthcare IT, HIPAA compliance , and the complex buying cycles of regulated industries. * Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, NetSuite, Salesforce, etc.) and sales automation tools. * Experience designing and executing outbound prospecting campaigns (email, cold call, LinkedIn). * Data-driven : Obsessed with metrics like MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity. * Strong leadership skills with a bias toward action and ownership. What Success Looks Like * $20,000+ in new MRR added within the first 12 months. * A repeatable, documented sales process built and running. * A healthy, growing pipeline of new clients. * Choice IT Services recognized as a leader in healthcare-focused IT solutions across the region.
