Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. * Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and increase overall sales. * Maintain stock levels and ensure that merchandise is displayed attractively on the sales floor. * Assist in supervising sales associates and providing guidance on best practices in customer service and sales techniques. * Apply retail math skills to manage inventory and assist with pricing strategies effectively. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience. * Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain a high standard of store presentation. Skills * working in cellphone store before like T-Mobile-boost etc. * Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within a grocery store setting. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly. * Proficiency in basic math and retail math concepts for effective inventory management. * Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. * Experience in supervising or leading a team is advantageous but not required. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on active listening. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
