We're passionate about providing our customers with the best products and services, and we're looking for a confident, loyal Account Manager Trainees to join our team. As a Account Manager Trainees, you'll be at the forefront of the customer sales experience. You'll engage one on one with customers, identify their needs, and present unique wireless solutions for our clients. We're looking for someone eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment, someone who picks up new concepts quickly, and who can effectively highlight the benefits of our client's offerings. Responsibilities of the Account Manager Trainees: * Engage face-to-face with customers, providing information on wireless products and services to help them make informed purchasing decisions to solve their needs * Highlight the benefits of our TV, phone, and internet services, emphasizing value and key selling points to maximize company profitability * Retain and apply detailed product knowledge to offer tailored recommendations that meet customer service needs * Master customer service best practices to ensure a positive, transparent, and engaging experience for our customers * Actively listen to customer inquiries and concerns, identifying areas of improvement in order to build long-term client customer relationships * Participate in ongoing training to continuously improve your skills and knowledge demonstrating expertise in sales techniques and direct marketing strategies What We 're Looking For in Account Manager Trainees: * Eagerness to Learn & Grow: Expand and deepen your knowledge of the telecommunications industry and develop new customer service and sales skills. * Confidence & Communication Skills: Speak to customers with authority and clarity, building trust and offering insightful recommendations. * Quick Learner: Retainment of new sales techniques, customer service strategies, and product knowledge. * Sales and Marketing Acumen: Drive results with effective sales acumen and apply direct marketing strategies as taught. * Expert Customer Service: Excel at resolving issues and creating lasting impressions with customers. * Team-Oriented: Collaborative team player who works well with others to achieve company goals and contribute to morale.
