What You 'll Be Doing: * Close Deals & Crush Sales Targets - Actively sell via phone calls and emails, converting inbound leads as well as generating your own leads to build up your pipeline. * Engage & Persuade - Build relationships and win over clients with confidence and personality. * Business Development - Proactively hunt for new business, leveraging both company-provided leads and your own outreach efforts. * Drive Repeat Business - Follow up, upsell, and turn first-time buyers into loyal, long-term customers. * Be a Product Expert - Stay up to date on our industry and full product range. Minimum Qualifications: * 1-2+ years of outbound phone sales experience (B2B preferred). * Proven ability to close deals and develop new business. * Experience in customer service is a plus but not required. * High school diploma or equivalent.
