We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, drive revenue growth, and manage a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in sales leadership, a track record of exceeding targets, and a passion for developing lasting customer relationships and successful sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
• Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
• Lead, manage, and coach a team of sales representatives to ensure performance excellence and professional growth.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
• Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and adjust strategies to optimize results.
• Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting using CRM systems
• Assist in pricing strategies, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
• Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows as needed.

Qualifications

:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools.
• Experience selling in marketing or digital marketing is preferred. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $120,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year
