Responsibilities: * Satisfy customers' needs in a timely manner * Main point of contact for designated accounts * Offer product solutions for customers using your technical expertise * Promote value added services to customers * Process customer quotes, orders and returns * Go through a comprehensive training program to learn our products & services * Expedite orders to satisfy customer timelines * Other inside sales related tasks * Do more than just enter orders and field complaints - be an asset to the entire team! Education and Experience: * 2+ years inside sales experience * Experience with power transmission products preferred * Associates/Bachelor's Degree Preferred Weimer offers a generous compensation and benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401K with match, a lucrative PROFIT SHARING program, salary increases, as well as a host of voluntary benefits.
