*MARKETING & INSIDE SALES ASSOCIATE Posiflex seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Inside Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. This position is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of tradeshow events, boosting inside sales efforts, and implementing innovative marketing campaigns. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Marketing & Tradeshow: * Coordinate and manage logistics for tradeshow events, including transportation, booth setup, and onsite support. * Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional strategies for product launches, promotions and events. * Assist in creating marketing materials and content tailored to each project, including brochures, banners, and social media posts. * Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities and apply insights to increase engagement. Inside Sales: * Generate and qualify leads through various channels including phone, email, and social media. * Create detailed lists and prospect profiles, using tools such as ZoomInfo to build lead generation. * Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and timely records of sales activities. * Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and product demonstrations. * Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive sales growth. Administrative Tasks: * Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and managing projects. * Assist with data entry, report generation, and maintaining records. * Support the preparation of sales and marketing materials. * Handle additional tasks and projects assigned to support the team's success. QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. * Previous experience in tradeshow logistics, inside sales, or administrative roles is an asset. * Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
