Position Overview: We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated AT &T Retail Sales Representative to drive wireless sales and provide exceptional service inside our partner retail stores across San Diego. This is a full-time, face-to-face sales role with unlimited income potential. You'll engage shoppers, educate them on the newest devices and promotions, and help them select the best AT&T products for their needs. Key Responsibilities: * Represent the AT &T brand professionally inside major retail stores * Approach customers, explain wireless product features, and close sales * Consistently meet or exceed sales goals , commissions, and bonuses * Deliver outstanding customer service by tailoring recommendations to each individual * Stay current on AT &T devices, wireless plans, and promotions * Accurately track and report sales activities * Work closely with store leadership and sales managers to drive performance Qualifications: * 1-3 years of experience in sales , retail , customer service , or wireless sales preferred * Friendly, outgoing, and motivated personality * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Goal-oriented and results-driven * Tech-savvy and excited about mobile and wireless technologies * Able to work weekends and flexible retail hours * Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S. Previous experience with AT &T products or in wireless sales is a plus but not required -- full paid training provided!
