We are looking for a dedicated, full-time hard working Inside Sales Representative who will thrive in a fast paced environment. The Inside Sales position has overall responsibility for all sales accounts within the designated region. Responsibilities * Responsible for account management, account development, and inside sales. * Work closely with both outside sales representatives and the operations department. * Generate rate quotes for customers. * Achieve sales goals and meet key performance indicators set by upper management. * Create sales leads and active point of contacts over the phone and in person. * Must be able to thrive in a fast paced environment and be eager to learn. * Troubleshoot and resolve all client issues. Key Skills & Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred, but will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree. * Minimum 2+ years transportation, logistics, or freight forwarding experience with a background in inside sales. * Must have customer service and sales experience. * Excellent communication skills. * Experience in building relationships at all organizational levels. * Must be able to work alongside other sales personnel and communicate effectively. * Must be fluent in English, verbal and written In this role you can expect: * Competitive Salary & Bonus Program * Medical Benefits * Paid Time Off (Holidays & Vacation) Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * 401(k) * Health insurance * Paid time off Work Location: In person
