We are looking for a dedicated, full-time hard working Inside Sales Representative who will thrive in a fast paced environment. The Inside Sales position has overall responsibility for all sales accounts within the designated region.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for account management, account development, and inside sales.
• Work closely with both outside sales representatives and the operations department.
• Generate rate quotes for customers.
• Achieve sales goals and meet key performance indicators set by upper management.
• Create sales leads and active point of contacts over the phone and in person.
• Must be able to thrive in a fast paced environment and be eager to learn.
• Troubleshoot and resolve all client issues. Key Skills &

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred, but will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 2+ years transportation, logistics, or freight forwarding experience with a background in inside sales.
• Must have customer service and sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in building relationships at all organizational levels.
• Must be able to work alongside other sales personnel and communicate effectively.
• Must be fluent in English, verbal and written In this role you can expect:
