Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Duties * Engage in outbound calling to follow up with customers and address their inquiries. * Provide detailed information regarding products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions. * Utilize software tools to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records of communications, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. * Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for inside sales and technical sales. * Negotiate terms with customers when necessary to enhance satisfaction and resolve issues. * Maintain a strong understanding of market trends to effectively communicate value propositions to customers. * Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally, efficiently, and with a focus on building long-term relationships. Experience * Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not mandatory. * Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role. * Familiarity with software tools used for customer relationship management is advantageous. * Ability to negotiate effectively and handle challenging situations with professionalism. * Experience in technical sales or knowledge of the market can be beneficial but is not required.
