Inbound Sales Advisor, Remote Full Time Schedules between the hours of 7am - 12am CST 17.31 per Hour + Performance Based Bonuses Health Benefits Start Day One! Join our team as an Inbound Sales Advisor and assist customers in selecting the best smart devices for their needs! This high- volume customer service role requires someone who is confident, a people person and can build relationships quickly with energy and enthusiasm. What You 'll Do: * Handle inbound calls from customers interested in purchasing smart devices. * Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and assisting with product selection. * Guide customers through the purchasing process, making recommendations and ensuring they're satisfied. * Meet performance targets and qualify for bonuses based on individual performance.
