Key Responsibilities * Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage prospective customers. * Manage and convert leads into closed sales efficiently. * Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers. * Negotiate pricing and finalize moving service contracts. Requirements * Phone sales experience required; moving sales experience highly preferred. * Strong closing skills with a goal-driven mindset. * Ability to work a set schedule (Monday-Thursday and weekends, with Fridays off). * Energetic, motivated individuals who excel in competitive sales environments.
