Job description We are seeking a Sales Trainee in the Denver and Colorado Springs areas. No experience required. That's right. None. Zero. The greener the better! Are you friendly, energetic and self-motivated? Just what we're looking for! NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - WE WILL TRAIN YOU! Yes, I said that before and I'm saying it again. Our present team of sales professionals came to the company with no experience. They learned, they stayed, and they are happy doing what they do. Horner Roofing and Siding is a great place to work, learn and grow. Oh, and most importantly they make money! Must be willing to do door-to-door sales and have excellent people skills. Our customers are our #1 priority and so is our service to them. People skills are the most important part of this position. A college degree is not a requirement. This position is strictly COMMISSION-ONLY. We will only hire those with a fire, hustle, and and desire to make sales but also provide excellent customer service to our customers. This position can be part time or full time---hours are flexible and you choose your own schedule.
