We are seeking a motivated professional to join our team as a Real Estate Specialist. In this role, you will manage property listings, conduct comprehensive market analyses, and assist clients in finding their perfect homes. Your expertise will play a crucial role in negotiating deals and ensuring seamless transaction processes. Responsibilities * Prospect for Buyers and Sellers * Convert incoming leads * Set and hold Buyer and Seller Consulting Appointments * Analyze the Buyer's and Seller's needs and goals * Provide Housing and Community Information Research * Preview and show homes * Negotiate terms and contracts for buyers and sellers * Graduate from PLACE Launch * Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly * Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes * Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers * Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology * Conduct two open houses monthly * Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments * Participate in weekly script practice per team standards * Participate in team activities per team standards * Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call * Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home * Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services Qualifications * Self-driven sales expert with a competitive edge * Exceptional at establishing connections, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions * Proficient in prospecting and generating leads * Naturally adept at overcoming objections * Excellent communicator with a dedication to service * Collaborative team member * Licensed real estate professional * Over 3 years of experience in real estate sales * Strong written and verbal communication abilities * Eager to learn and grow * Highly organized * Open to learning scripts and dialogues * Superior time management skills About-our-team About Us At The Utah Life Real Estate Group, we're proud to be powered by PLACE, a cutting-edge business services and technology platform that's revolutionizing the real estate industry for top agents and their clients.
