What You 'll Do: * Start on the ground floor, gaining valuable skills and techniques to effectively promote our award-winning brands, products, and services to clients. * Represent the company as the face of our brand in Costco warehouses and engaging with clients and generating qualified leads for our Sales Department. * Participate in comprehensive training sessions, including both classroom and field training, to set you up for success. * Build expertise in selling top-quality window and door products, as well as providing the best home remodeling experience in Madison. * Contribute to a collaborative team environment that values excellence and supports professional growth across departments. Compensation & Benefits: * First-Year Earnings: Earn $60k to $80k, even without prior experience. * Compensation Structure: Base salary plus uncapped earning potential, allowing you to grow with your success. * Career Development: Opportunities to advance from brand promotion to high-performance sales roles, with specialized training in Design and Energy expertise and expected earnings over 6 figures.
