This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about service excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring order accuracy, maintaining project timelines, and facilitating smooth communication across departments. Acting as the central point person, you'll double-check details, track order progress, and provide essential behind-the- scenes support to ensure our clients receive the exceptional service we're known for. * Key Responsibilities: Sales and Project Support * Assist Account Managers with administrative tasks such as job processing, sample requests, graphics coordination, and work orders * Facilitate client proposals and pricing quotes * Enter and manage projects in our CRM system with a high level of detail and accuracy * Review orders for completeness and pricing accuracy * Help identify areas for process improvement and assist in documenting workflows and systems * Maintain organized records for all active client jobs and support internal tracking of deadlines and follow-ups Client Coordination and Account Management * Support the management of B&C Level client accounts and their corresponding projects * Communicate proactively with clients and ensure they stay informed throughout the project lifecycle * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timelines and client expectations are met * Assist in evaluating client needs and recommending product solutions from a vast array of vendors and merchandise options * Maintain a high level of service, responsiveness, and professionalism in all internal and external client interactions * Escalate and resolve order concerns before they impact client experience Skills and Qualifications: * 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles * Familiarity with CRM or order management systems (such as Facilis or Commonsku) is a plus * Experience in the promotional products, printing, or marketing industry is a plus * Passion for product knowledge and an eagerness to learn * Self-starter who brings both analytical thinking and creativity to solving complex challenges * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Excellent written and verbal communication skills Compensation and Benefits: * Salary starting at $55,000 per year, based on experience * Performance-based bonus eligibility * Paid Time Off (PTO) * 401(k) with profit sharing * Comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage
