Overview We are seeking a self-motivated Account Executive to join our sales team in a role that has uncapped commissions. The ideal candidate will be eager to generate growth for clients and improve as they manage accounts and collaborate with in-house agencies. Duties * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, managing daily operations for our largest client account, marketing strategies, and project timelines * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and manage projects to ensure a high level of service to our clients * Prepare proposals, communications, and reports and always be ready to pivot to meet clients' needs Requirements * Willing to work in-office (relocation assistance is available for exceptional candidates) * Demonstrated success managing client relationships * Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar field * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively * Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously * Able to adapt to changing circumstances quickly * Familiar with Word, Excel, and Google Drive * Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive business development strategies.
