Outside Sales Representative Duties: * Use company vehicle to meet with customers on pre-qualified, company-generated leads. * Builds rapport with customers and determines their desired expectations. * Perform in-home inspections, offer a customized solution, and consults with homeowners for desired outcome. * Provides a completed proposal to the customer and follows up as needed. * Aim to meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfactions. Outside Sales Representative Qualifications: * Minimum of 1-2 years sales experience. * Pre-employment screening: Valid Drivers License and ability to meet the requirements of a Motor Vehicle Record and a Background check. * Ability to travel 75% of the time (dependent on business needs) * Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English. * Ability to get in and out of crawlspaces.
