Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. * Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and increase overall sales. * Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless sales operations and achieve goals. * Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone. * Perform basic math calculations for transactions. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales or a similar role is preferred, but not required. * Excellent communication skills to interact with customers confidently. * Basic math skills for handling transactions. * A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
