Role Description The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of sales representatives who sell recycled or salvaged auto parts, primarily through remote channels such as phone, email, and online platforms. The role focuses on driving sales growth, managing day-to-day sales operations, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: * Manage and lead the inside sales representatives and store lobby. * Monitor and analyze reporting to ensure team members are meeting goals, gaining new clients, increasing business, and following the Holbrook process. * Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the automotive salvage market, including pricing, promotions, and customer outreach. * Review phone call reports to ensure sales representatives are answering calls timely and efficiently. * Monitors the warranty program to ensure teammates receive recognition, coaching, and bonuses. * Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands the customer base and extends the company?s global reach. * Utilizes data and YMS reporting to make critical business decisions and adjust sales representatives? goals. * Develop and maintain training programs for the team. * Ensures the company quotas are met by holding check-ins with sales representatives to set objectives and monitor progress. * Works with the recruiting team to recruit, hire, and train new members of the sales team. * Handles any wholesale customer escalations timely and efficiently. * Manages the PRP return process by responding to the return authorization requests, reviewing the information provided, and attempting to locate a swap part for the yard. * Frequently listen to recorded phone calls to find areas of improvement or new techniques to communicate to the sales team.Holbrook Auto Parts, Inc
