Job Title: Retail Sales Associate - Hasty Bake store (Part-Time) Location: 1313 S. Lewis | Tulsa OK | 74104 Hours: 10-20 hours/week, Flexible Scheduling Compensation: $18-$20 an hour Hasty Bake is a thriving manufacturing company specializing in charcoal grills and smokers. Hasty Bake is looking for a flex retail sales associate Responsibilities: * Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with product information and demonstrations, ensuring a welcoming and informative shopping experience. * Sales Processing: Accurately handle sales transactions using our point-of-sale (POS) system. * Visual Merchandising: Maintain attractive and organized product displays and ensure that the retail space is clean and inviting. * Inventory Management: Assist with inventory tracking, restocking, and the organization of incoming shipments. * Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. * Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to align marketing initiatives with in-store promotions and product launches. Duties: * Working the register as a primary role * Answering phones as a primary role * Educate and sell Hasty Bake Grills and Smokers to customers * Daily walk-thru - cleaning, straightening, polishing, restocking * Optimize retail store space for walkability and showcasing * Updating store signage (work with marketing on creation for sales, promos, etc.) * Processing phone questions/orders as needed * Warranty processing in-store as needed * Answering technical questions as needed * Updating customers about recons, special orders, backorders, etc. * Assisting with patio cleaning, staging, and clean-up for 101's, classes, and events * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Passion for grilling, cooking, or outdoor living is highly encouraged Schedule: * Flex position * Schedule can vary, but typical weeks are Thursday through Saturday * Able to work on class nights (twice a month) and extended sale days Grilling experience is preferred About Hasty Bake Charcoal Grills Since 1948, Hasty Bake Charcoal Grills has been manufacturing some of the finest grills in the industry made right here in the heart of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
