Full description of the position

The Odyssey Group is a full-service wholesale and manufacturer, branding and marketing of smoking products and accessories. We service smoke shops, head shops, dispensaries nationwide and other outlets seeking premium quality smoking products. Our team currently has an exciting opportunity available as a B2B Sales Representative. Are you up for the challenge? If you are an experienced and passionate Sales Representative who possesses the desire to grow both personally and professionally, we would love to hear from you! Responsibilities and Duties * Servicing existing accounts and establishing new accounts. * Managing book of business 300+ accounts, weekly & monthly . * Anticipating customer needs and always exceeding their expectations. * Generating a minimum of at least 5 new leads per week. * Traveling out of state approximately 6-8 times a year for 1-5 days at a time, either to represent our company at a trade show, or to visit existing or prospective clients (ample notice of travel dates will be provided). * Adjusting the content of each sales presentation by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor. * Focusing sales efforts by studying both the existing and potential volume of distributors. * Submitting orders by referring to price lists and product literature. * Keeping management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses. * Maintaining a consistent and engaging presence on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Etc.) by posting 3-5 times per week. * Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc. * Recommending effective changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments to management. * Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies. * Consistently meet and set new sales goals each with a growth rate of 3-5% or more per month.
