• Meeting with property owners to discuss and sell roof replacement projects.
• Overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Assisting homeowners through the insurance claims process.
• Generating leads by door knocking and prospecting in neighborhoods affected by hail damage or where McCoy Roofing is active.
• Consistently meeting and exceeding performance targets, aiming to open 2-10 insurance claims per week. What We Offer:
