Founded in 1895, Kirlin Lighting is the longest-operating independent lighting fixture manufacturer in the United States. We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Inside Sales Coordinator to support the inside sales efforts in customer service, quotes, post-sales support, warranty processes. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and leadership skills, a deep understanding of customer needs, and the ability to manage a diverse set of tasks to ensure the satisfaction of both new and existing customers. This is a dynamic role that requires a blend of sales expertise, problem-solving abilities, and clerical skills.
Key Responsibilities
: 1. Customer Service:
- Responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our agency partners, distributors and contractors.
- Address customer inquiries, issues or complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall customer service experience and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Clerical assistance with vouchering payables and posting invoices. 2. Quotation and Proposal:
- Assist in the preparation of quotes and proposals for potential and current customers, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with company policies.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage pricing strategies and ensure all quotes are in line with company pricing guidelines. 3. Post-Sales Support:
- Ensure that customers receive timely and accurate follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, product training, and troubleshooting during the post-sales phase. 4. Warranty Management:
- Ensure that all warranty claims are handled efficiently and in accordance with company policies.
- Work with the customer service team to resolve warranty-related issues, managing customer expectations and ensuring quick resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of warranty claims and related documentation. 5. Reporting & Analytics:
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to sales support, customer service, quotes, and warranty claims.
- Analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Provide regular updates to management on team performance, customer satisfaction, and operational challenges.
Qualifications
and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or inside sales support.
- Proven track record of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with quoting systems, warranty management, and post-sales support processes. Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of the sales process with numerous shareholders involved.
- Aptitude for conflict resolution. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
