Key Responsibilities

: As a Sales Associate, you will be a key part of our team, helping to drive sales, build customer relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the location. Your role will include:

• Greeting and engaging with customers to understand their needs.
• Educating customers about product features, benefits, and promotions to help them make informed decisions.
• Solving customer issues and answering any questions they may have.
• Processing sales through suggestive selling, multiple selling techniques, and effective closing.
• Measuring and assisting customers with selecting the appropriate products based on their preferences.
• Informing customers about ongoing promotions, discounts, and special deals.
• Keeping the sales floor organized, neat, and well-stocked at all times.
• Ensuring items are properly labeled, priced, and easy to locate.
• Monitoring merchandise, attaching/detaching security tags, and reporting any shrinkage or security concerns.

Requirements

:

• Must be 18 years or older and have reliable transportation - this is not a remote position
• A natural people-person with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Retail experience is a plus, but we're open to training the right candidate.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills for quick, accurate transactions.
