Job Title: Personal Lines Account Manager Location: Worcester, MA Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Job Type: Full-Time, On-site Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team in Worcester, MA. This role is ideal for someone who excels in building strong client relationships, managing multiple tasks efficiently, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced insurance agency environment. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and service a book of personal lines insurance clients including auto, homeowners, renters, umbrella, and other personal insurance policies. * Review and process policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and new business applications. * Proactively identify opportunities to upgrade or cross-sell coverage to existing clients. * Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person communication. * Assist clients with claims process, billing issues, and coverage questions. * Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the agency management system. * Ensure compliance with agency procedures, industry regulations, and carrier requirements. * Collaborate with producers and other team members to provide a seamless client experience. Qualifications: * 2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance account management preferred. * Massachusetts Property & Casualty License required (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire). * Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products and carriers. * Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills. * Proficient with agency management systems (AMS360, Applied Epic, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite. * High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
