Location: Detroit MI (must live within 90 min) We're looking for a highly organized Sales Team Liaison to support our sales team and ensure smooth daily operations. This role plays a key part in coordinating activities, supporting internal and external communication, and helping the team deliver results efficiently. If you're proactive, detail- oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this may be the role for you.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and logistical support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and preparing presentations, proposals, and contracts
• Manage and maintain sales-related documents such as price lists, product catalogs, promotional materials, and customer records
• Process and track sales orders, working closely with internal departments (production, logistics, and finance) to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
• Deliver excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Track and analyze key sales metrics, generate reports, assist in sales forecasting and budgeting, and conduct market and competitor research
• Coordinate internal team meetings, travel, and communication; act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in onboarding and training new sales team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (required)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive digital marketing (required)
• Minimum 2 years of experience using Trello or other project management tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Exceptional organization, time management, and attention to detail
• Ability to analyze data and generate insights
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team
