Location: Detroit MI (must live within 90 min) We're looking for a highly organized Sales Team Liaison to support our sales team and ensure smooth daily operations. This role plays a key part in coordinating activities, supporting internal and external communication, and helping the team deliver results efficiently. Responsibilities * Provide administrative and logistical support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and preparing presentations, proposals, and contracts * Manage and maintain sales-related documents such as price lists, product catalogs, promotional materials, and customer records * Process and track sales orders, working closely with internal departments (production, logistics, and finance) to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment * Deliver excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining strong relationships with clients * Track and analyze key sales metrics, generate reports, assist in sales forecasting and budgeting, and conduct market and competitor research * Coordinate internal team meetings, travel, and communication; act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders * Assist in onboarding and training new sales team members Qualifications * Bachelor's degree (required) * Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role * Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive digital marketing (required) * Minimum 2 years of experience using Trello or other project management tools * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Exceptional organization, time management, and attention to detail * Ability to analyze data and generate insights * Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team Benefits * 401(k) with company match * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Paid sick time * Monday to Friday schedule Job Type: Full-time Note: This job description is a general outline of responsibilities and qualifications and is not exhaustive.
