• Generate new business through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship management
• Respond to inbound leads and qualify opportunities in both residential and commercial sectors
• Meet with property managers, realtors, business owners, and homeowners to promote our construction and restoration services
• Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and service agreements
• Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless project delivery
• Consistently hit or exceed sales goals -- and get rewarded for it!
