                Full description of the position
Sales Executive City Wide Tulsa Location : Tulsa Metro Objective The Sales Executive (SE) is responsible for new business development in a highly productive, sales-driven environment. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close. Working closely with the sales and operations teams, the Sales Executive will establish and nurture business relationships with prospects and clients for a mutually successful long-term relationship. Essential Functions * Identify and qualify potential clients, leads, and referrals resulting in new Janitorial Contracted Business. * Ability to sell a variety of services with an emphasis on recurring revenue and Janitorial Services. * Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments (goal 8-12 per month), understand account requirements, and make initial presentations. * Close sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining our service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contacts. * Conduct weekly prospecting activities. * Utilize and manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems to maintain all prospect, client, and lead information. * Maintain and manage your Hot 25 as well as your Top 100 lists in the CRM. * Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a professional manner, allowing positive interactions with clients, co-workers, and supervisors. * Other duties as assigned. Position Requirements * Goal-driven, self-motivated, outgoing, and persuasive. * 3+ years experience working in a B2B sales environment, a track record of success. Bachelor's degree is highly preferred. * Coachable and a team player * Strong written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills required. * Demonstrated analytical, negotiating, and problem-solving skills to deal proactively with work-related issues. * Highly detail-oriented with good follow-up skills. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record. * Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Strong knowledge of CRM systemsSumma Technologies, Inc.
