Job Description

: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Robotic Pre-sales Engineer to join our team in Detroit, Michigan. As a Robotic Pre-sales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our sales team in order to secure new business and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and understand customer needs and requirements
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
  • Provide technical guidance and recommendations to clients on the most suitable robotic solutions for their business needs
  • Create and deliver technical proposals and quotes for potential clients
  • Conduct feasibility studies and provide cost estimates for potential projects
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in robotic technology
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote Forestown's robotic solutions
  • Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback and suggestions for product improvements based on customer feedback and market trends.
Qualifications

:

  • Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role, preferably in the robotics industry
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of robotics systems and applications
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
