Goedecke is looking for enthusiastic, customer facing employees to support customers with product and rental sales needs. The Inside Sales Specialist position develops, maintains and interacts, to a broad scope of new and existing customers within the construction markets to increase sales of products and/or services. This is an hourly position. Schedule No more nights or weekends! Monday thru Friday 7:00 am to 4:00PM What we can offer you Medical/Dental/Vision offered through United Healthcare 401K plan offered with a 25% match for every dollar up to 5% Paid time off such as vacation and sick time Paid Maternity Leave Paid Bereavement Leave Company paid for $25,000 Life and $25,000 Accidental Death Policy Company paid for Long Term Disability 60% of your average paid through Retirement Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. * Coordinate material for customer orders through transfers from other locations or ordering from vendors * Handle customer service counter for walk in customers, create sales orders and take payments * Write and update contracts/place orders. * Ensure handoffs to warehouse team are successful and exceed customer's satisfaction. * Communicate effectively with Department, involve and inform team of ongoing issues and resolution of customer accounts. * Develop/Maintain relationship with customers and sales force. * Communicate with customers professionally via phone and/or email on products, ensure proper follow up as necessary. * Resolves customer issues by researching concerns, creating solutions and partnering with management. * Works closely with Sales team to fill orders/sell store merchandise. * Works closely with Credit department to keep accounts current. * Scan tickets to corporate daily * Must be able to work independently without close supervision. * Must keep, maintain and organize business records. * Miscellaneous duties as they arise Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
