Responsibilities: * Conduct thorough client assessments and analyze their insurance needs. * Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients. * Maintain a high level of customer service with existing clients to ensure retention. * Continuously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in a timely manner. * Stay updated on industry trends and compliance regulations. Qualifications: * A valid insurance license is required. * Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
