The Automotive Sales Consultant is directly responsible for selling and/or leasing new and used vehicles. What We Offer * 401(k) * Paid Vacation * Paid Holidays * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Vision Insurance * Life Insurance * Disability Insurance Job Responsibilities: * Present the entire line up of vehicles, model options, features, and finance options, as well as Nick Mayer Lincoln's amenities to our guests. * Deliver memorable test drives. * Be aware of the latest vehicle products, features, and accessories. * Maintain appearance and cleanliness of store showroom and vehicle lot. * Ensure clients understand the vehicle's main features and warranty. * Master all vehicle product knowledge prior to delivery for the client. * Personalize the vehicle delivery to meet the client's needs. * Deliver an exceptional experience for the client. * Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with delivery and to build long term relationships with clients. Qualifications: * Previous professional sales experience is a plus. * Proven ability to provide exceptional client experience. * Ability to set and achieve targeted goals. * Experience and desire to work with technology. * Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships. * Professional appearance. * Master of technology, especially automotive and personal electronics. * Ability to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organization and follow-up. * A valid driver's license and ability to maintain an acceptable, safe driving record.
