Sheridan Apartments is a privately owned and managed high-end, market -rate community located in the trendy neighborhood of Shrewsbury, Ma. We are currently seeking a highly motivated, seasoned Property Manager to join our staff of Management professionals. In this position you will be the point of contact who represents our community and all that it exemplifies. You will be an individual who is polished and possesses amazing sales skills in person, on the phone and on line. A minimum of 3 years experience as a Property Manager is preferred. A successful Property Manager should also have experience with a variety of office software as well as exceptional Customer Service skills to maintain a high level of occupancy as well as Resident retention. JOB DUTIES: * Lease Apartment homes from a beautifulcontemporary office and model all in the same building * Generate traffic/appointments through company supported advertisements, agencies, internet sites and referrals * Manage Sales process from application to Lease signing * Maintain your closing ratio to insure high level of occupancy * work with the Maintenance Team to manage apartment turns and workorders * Manage all phases of rent collections Daily Supervision of Staff and delegating tasks JOB REQUIREMENTS: * Proven Sales techniques * Time Management skills and the ability to prioritize is a must * Attention to detail and problem solving skills * Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment * Must live within 30 minutes of the Community BENEFITS: * 2 Weeks paid vacation * Health Insurance contribution * Profit Sharing * 8 Paid Holidays * Earned/Paid sick time * Life Insurance and long term disability offered * Annual Performance Reviews Job Type: Full-time Pay: $72,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Ability to Commute: * Shrewsbury, MA 01545 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: * Shrewsbury, MA 01545: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
