We are searching for an enthusiastic, career-minded sales associate to assist our customers in the Flooring department. Our sales professionals earn lucrative incentives with a sales guarantee of $25.00 per hour for up to the first six months. • Greet customers, determine their needs and address any related questions or concerns
• Ensure customer needs are taken care of and expectations have been met/exceeded
• Follow-up with customers through callbacks, client cards and/or thank-you notes
• Perform other reasonable job functions as assigned by an immediate supervisor and/or other management WHAT YOU WILL BRING ALONG:
• Previous sales experience required
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a strong desire to accomplish specific goals
• Strong customer-service orientation
• Dependable, presentable and personable with the public
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Have the ability to reach company sales standards
• Previous sales experience helpful but a great attitude is essential
• Experience with home furnishings is a plus
