The Role The Integrator & Chief of Staff is the operational engine of EMERSE, acting as the bridge between bold strategy and disciplined execution. You'll work directly with our Visionary CEO, leading internal operations and ensuring seamless execution across all departments. This hybrid role combines the rigor of an EOS Integrator with the strategic influence of a Chief of Staff. What You 'll Do As the Integrator & Chief of Staff, you will be the operational anchor of EMERSE--translating big-picture strategies into actionable plans and ensuring disciplined, cross-functional execution. You will work side-by-side with our Visionary CEO and leadership team to ensure we scale efficiently, remain aligned, and build a high-performing organizational core. Drive Strategy into Execution * Develop and translate long-term strategic objectives into clear, actionable quarterly and annual operating plans. * Own execution of company-wide initiatives, ensuring goals are met on time and within scope. * Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively remove barriers to progress. * Maintain and refine EMERSE's rhythm of execution, enforcing focus, accountability, and traction. Lead EOS Implementation * Champion the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) across the business. * Facilitate and lead weekly L10 meetings, quarterly and annual planning sessions, and Scorecard reviews. * Drive the IDS (Identify, Discuss, Solve) process to help leadership address and resolve critical issues effectively. * Ensure EOS tools and disciplines are adopted and consistently applied across departments. Act as Strategic Partner to the CEO * Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CEO, contributing to decision-making and long-term planning. * Act as the CEO's proxy in internal meetings, driving alignment and follow-through on key initiatives. * Protect the CEO's focus by managing tactical execution, communications, and leadership coordination. * Lead preparation and follow-up for strategic offsites and planning sessions. Optimize Operational Systems * Monitor KPIs, business scorecards, and performance dashboards to track progress and inform executive decisions. * Streamline internal processes across sales, delivery, marketing , and operations to enhance scalability and efficiency. * Drive continuous improvement in how teams collaborate, plan, and execute. * Champion technology and systems implementation to support operational excellence. Foster Cross-Functional Leadership Alignment * Coordinate and align efforts across the leadership team to ensure priorities are clear and synchronized. * Create transparency and accountability within and between teams. * Hold department heads accountable to deliverables and help resolve cross-functional roadblocks. What You Bring * Experience: 5+ years in senior operational leadership roles (Integrator, Chief of Staff, COO), ideally in a professional services or sales consulting context. * EOS Mastery: Deep familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System and a proven track record of driving traction and alignment. * Executional Rigor: Exceptional prioritization and organizational skills; thrives in creating order from complexity. * Leadership & EQ: High emotional intelligence, confident communication, and a low-ego, high-impact leadership style. * Business Acumen: Proficient in KPI/scorecard tracking and data-informed decision-making. Training & Onboarding Plan *Weeks 1 -2: *Deep immersion into EMERSE's culture, EOS framework, and strategic priorities. *Weeks 3 -4: *Begin leading L10 meetings, establish KPI tracking, and manage execution cadences. * Month 2: Lead quarterly planning, implement IDS sessions, and refine internal meeting structure. * Month 3: Optimize delivery execution, deepen the Visionary-Integrator partnership, and establish operational momentum.
