• Meet with homeowners and close remodeling and build jobs
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and client expectations

Requirements

• Experience in residential construction sales, project management, or trade background preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Coachable, self-motivated, and performance-driven
• Comfortable working with homeowners and managing job sites
