We're now looking for a dynamic and passionate Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for our potential clients, setting the stage for our ongoing client relationships and firm success. As a Legal Intake Professional, you are the heart of our business operations and growth. You would be accountable for presenting our law firm to prospective clients. . You will be the first impression of our firm, tasked with engaging potential clients and leading them through their initial experience with us. This role combines sales acumen with empathetic client service, ensuring each interaction is handled with care and professionalism. The best part? No Prospecting or Cold Calling will be required. Responsibilities * Manage incoming calls and inquiries with a charismatic and professional demeanor. * Conduct client intake, capturing essential information while building rapport and trust. * Schedule consultations and coordinate follow-ups, ensuring a seamless client experience. * Maintain meticulous records of client interactions in our CRM system, setting the foundation for successful case management. * Meet and exceed performance targets, with a focus on conversion rates and client satisfaction. What We 're Looking For * Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging and persuading different personalities. * A problem-solver mindset, always looking for ways to improve the client journey. * High emotional intelligence, able to empathize with clients in stressful situations. * Experience in a legal or professional services environment is a plus but not required.
