Overview: Customer Care Specialist - Macedonia Ohio*(Must TRAIN at our MACEDONIA, OH HQ) * Monday- Thursday 1:00p-9:30p, Friday 11:30a-8:00p and Weekend rotation. $18 HOURLY with BONUSES !!! Responsibilities: What you will be doing: * Speaking with Customers about scheduling free design consultations with one of our designers * Guiding customers to understand the value of having a design consultant come to their home. * You will be our brand ambassadors as the customers' first point of contact. * Assisting with showing the value of our brand and helping teach the customer about our company and overcoming objections and problem solving.
