Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for the marine industry and helping customers find the right products. Responsibilities * Respond promptly to all email enquires * Follow up with direct sales call to email enquiry response. * Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, product offerings, and store * Attend boat shows nation wide * Process transactions accurately and handle stock efficiently. Requirements * Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the marine industry. * Technically minded is a must to be able to assist customers with understanding installation of the product. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. * Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. * Ability to work remotly and self manage time. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
