Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for the marine industry and helping customers find the right products.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to all email enquires
• Follow up with direct sales call to email enquiry response.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, product offerings, and store
• Attend boat shows nation wide
• Process transactions accurately and handle stock efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the marine industry.
• Technically minded is a must to be able to assist customers with understanding installation of the product.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
• Ability to work remotly and self manage time.
