Job Title: Entry-level Sales Agent * Job Summary:* We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious individual to join our sales team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for advising clients on life insurance policies and annuities, understanding their needs, and offering suitable solutions. This role involves networking, building relationships, and achieving sales targets to contribute to the growth of our business. 2+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred but we are open to hire individuals with no experience who want a career change or college grads looking for a part time who want to make $60,000-$120,000+ a year commission- based working from home or anywhere. Requirements: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. * Goal-oriented with customer service experience. * Licensed to sell health & life insurance in the state of operation. * High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance or related field is a plus. * 18+ years old * Citizen of USA or Legal Permanent Resident Preferred Skills: * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Good organizational and time-management skills.
