Full description of the position

Job overview: The Account Manager - Food Ingredients oversees the wholesale sales strategies and operations of Terra Delyssa olive oil and other cooking oils. This role involves managing client relationships, developing and executing sales plans, and achieving revenue goals in the United States. This position is pivotal for driving B2B sales growth and ensuring successful market penetration in the bulk segment. Responsibilities and duties: * Build and maintain strong relationships with key food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical manufacturers. * Address client needs and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention * Grow the business by reaching out to new leads and creating new opportunities daily. * Develop and negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability. * Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management * Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making. * Travel, as needed, to food shows and customer meetings Skills and qualifications: * A bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, finance or a related field * 2 - 3 years of consumer products sales experience * Results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving * Outstanding customer service skills * Proficiency in CRM and advanced Microsoft skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Organization, attention to detail and time management skills * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
