Job Summary

: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our sales team. As Market Sales Associate you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for holistic self-care and sales.

Responsibilities

: - Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products - Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction - Assist customers with technical sales, including explaining product specifications and assisting with purchasing decisions - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain stock levels by restocking shelves, keeping a tidy booth display and inventory records - Perform basic math calculations for cash handling and inventory management - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively assist customers

Requirements

: -Must be able to lift over 40lbs and stand for long periods of time. -Must have a reliable & insured vehicle to transport market supplies. - Weekend availability - Extremely reliable & trustworthy. - Top notch communication skills, both verbal and written - Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers - Basic knowledge of technology for assisting with social media follows, sales and helping build our online presence. - Quick learner with the ability to quickly gain new product knowledge as new and seasonal items are released. - Ability to operate a cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively We offer competitive pay rates and provide training to ensure your success in this role.
