What We Offer * Base pay plus uncapped commissions and bonuses * Medical, dental, life and disability insurance plans * Paid Holidays and Paid Time-Off * Competitive 401(k) retirement savings plan, matched by Renuity * Growing social program with team building and rewards * Company wellness incentives * About This Role * Promote FHIA Remodeling's products and services to both prospective and existing clients in our direct field marketing campaigns * Deliver engaging sales presentations face to face, focusing on our high quality products and installation * Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge * Use this experience as a stepping stone to a career in Management or outside sales * Hours: Mon-Fri, 12pm to 6:30pm and two flexible Saturdays per month 9:30am to 1:30pm * Key Qualifications * Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills * Self-motivated, and ambitious outlook to succeed in a performance-driven environment * Ability to speak publicly with confidence * Open-minded with a passion for learning a wide-range of skills that will carry through a variety of career paths * Naturally outgoing and well-spoken individual who thrives in human interaction * This position requires a criminal background check About FHIA Remodeling At FHIA Remodeling, a Renuity company, we're making home improvement faster, easier, and stress-free.
