About Us Healing Mountain Crystal Company is a subsidiary of Healing Mountain Massage School. We are a Utah local family-owned business that strives to provide quality and affordable crystal, gems, and rare minerals to the intermountain west communities. We've been in business for over 20 years and offer a friendly, personable, and enjoyable work environment. Summary The Crystal Shop Sales Associate is under the direct supervision of the Crystal Shop Manager. They are responsible for customer service, cleanliness of display cases/shelves, and handling customer questions. Additionally, their presence encourages loss prevention too. Candidates should have good communication skills, penmanship, and the ability to multitask keeping inventory for the retail shop, and display cases/shelves areas clean & tidy. Requirements * HS diploma, GED certificate, or equivalent. * Minimum of 1-year customer service experience. * Preferred some knowledge and understanding of crystals as well as the metaphysical healing properties. * Good English speaking and written communication skills required. * Excellent hygiene and dress habits for dealing with public on a daily basis. Duties Job duties include, but are not limited to: * It is important to portray a positive and friendly image to all people as people working with the public set the mood and spirit of the shop and is the focal point for the business. They need to set forth a professional, warm and sincere image. * Keeps regular hours in shop for client interactions and logs accurate time card. * Dusting and cleaning shelves and display cases, and re-placing product on shelves accordingly. Keeping shelves/display cases re-stocked with product and help fulfill orders for other locations. * Helps manager with pricing items for sale. Counting product inventory and informing shop manager of current inventory numbers. Maintain and participate in communication log with manager and co-workers. * Helping customers with their shopping experience by answering questions. Facilitate more sales and online reviews by suggesting products and reminding customers to leave reviews. * Assist the front desk by entering crystal orders in booker, bagging/packaging crystals that are purchased, and checking crystal clients out (credit card only register) * Will occasionally help manager mark items down on sale. * Theft prevention (keeping a presence in shop, watching for suspicious behavior). Notify manager of any missing inventory/theft of product. * Help maintain website by: fulfilling online orders, adding/removing products and updating inventory. * Helping front desk and clinic staff when needed and additional special tasks or projects as assigned by the Crystal Shop Manager, Assistant Spa Manager, or Spa Manager. Benefits After starting with a provisional period of 60 days, wage increases commensurate with annual performance reviews. The benefit of one free student massage per month for self and $12.50 off student massages for household family members. Massages are not transferable.
