Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales process, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department. Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.
• Coordinate communication between the sales team and clients to ensure timely follow-ups and responses.
• Conduct warm calling to prospective clients to generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Support technical sales efforts by providing product information and addressing customer inquiries effectively.
• Negotiate terms with clients to close deals while ensuring alignment with company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to enhance client satisfaction.
• Maintain an organized database of leads, contacts, and opportunities for ongoing tracking and reporting. Skills
• Experience in technology sales or technical sales is preferred, with a solid understanding of software products.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients over the phone and via email.
• Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate successful deal closures while maintaining positive client relationships.
• Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and warm calling strategies to generate interest among potential customers.
• Strong command of English, both written and verbal, to communicate clearly with clients and team members.
